Charged from Dec 12 and only re-connected in Jan

On 11/12 i called multi choice to have my services re-connected the lady who took my call told me to pay quickly in hrs. I couldnt make it to the shops in hrs the shops were full. I could only view channel 100. Off i rushed to holiday when i came back the 5th Jan i could still only view channel 100 and i thought because i couldnt pay in hours as instructed my re-connection did not happen. I called someone to come and have a look if my connection was ok and there were no problems. On the 7th Jan 13 i called multichoice again to have my services re-connected and Zandile who took my call told me that my services were re-connected already in Dec. I told her i can only view channel 100. I wasnt happy with her response i requested someone senior and she referred me to Bheki who was so rude. Bheki told me to press TV on remote and tell him what error excactly i'm getting. I wasnt at home then so i called my child at home to do as Bheki said and instantly the channels were all on. I find it very strange that only as i was speaking to Bheki my channels were instantly on but i'm charged from 11/12. From 7 Jan to 9/1 the channels were all ok and 10/1 they a off again and i owe R594
