Why do we have to pay reconnection fee for dstv if; the although late payment for the month is paid in full that's daylight dstv service is unnaceptable to get through to the call centre cost customer a lot of money? The self service doesn't even work properly. I'm not the only person who has the same problems with est but all my friends and family also. Star sat might be better option going forward
