Mistrust - debits without consent- bad service

On 11 Jan 2014, I called in to get assistance with Xtra view; conclusion was that box was faulty an I needed to take in to Multichoice. On 4th Feb I called in to advise I was erorneously debitted for 2 contracts at over 1700 for the month. I advised that this needed to be reversed.

I was informed you will listen to call and get back to me next day.
I'm waiting.

Why would I want to pay two contracts; why just debit me for 2 contracts? This is really not acceptable. I am the customer, treat me fairly!

This is my money and you can't just hold me accountable for your incompetence.

rectify this by 7th February by refunding me into my bank account from where you debitted.

Really shocking as I feel like you are accusing me of lying and just take liberties to debit my bank account without consent.

I would rather cancel my contract if you dont pay me back in full and compensate me for this inconvenience.
