A WOMAN ALONE FOR 3 HOURS!!!

My first call for my broken down car was made at 18h21. I held on for 21 minutes, got disconnected, held on for 7 minutes, got disconnected and finally, after holding on for a further 9-odd minutes my call was answered. This after I selected the option for EMERGENCIES!!!

In the meantime, my fiance was calling from another phone. She spoke to Brandon at approximately 18h40 and he promised to get someone to call her back... 17 hours later, no call back yet!

Every communication I had came from my side with me on hold for a total of over an hour! A flat bed truck finally collected me after literally hundreds of rands of airtime at 20h45

SERIOUSLY! No one waits this long for me to pay my premium. I am a single white female in a broken down car at that time of the night and all I get is music and poor service. Not one person even bothered asking if I am ok or if I am safe.

This is without a doubt the worst service I have ever received from a company and I will be broadcasting this in and on every media source I can find!
