My debit order was supposed to go off the 1st of February only, but they cut my service off the 30th Jan. Then I went to pay @ pnp R720 cash because ithe debit order never went off! The 3rd of February they took a debit order of R1387.72!!! And still my service is not active. I called the call centre 13 times to get through. Then I was on hold for 39.16 minutes, when the consultant answered my airtime of R78 was finished and I couldn't get anything sorted. I want to know why we as customers have to hold and wait for so long when we need to get through to an agent? Why is the self service not working? Why is my monthly premium R1320? I never heard of any subscription of that amount? Worst customer service ever! We pay so much monthly for what? Useless, terrible!!!
