No Response For 2 Weeks

I contacted Mnet Kyknet's Division on 20th January, I was looking to purchase a movie Kyknet aired some time ago (Paljas with subtitle). I was given the telephone number for Victor in archives 011 6866136 by Kyknet. I tried everyday since 20th January, left messages, tried to ask for someone else to assist, to no avail. My husband is a MNET subscriber for over 13 years, and to not get any help or response is pathetic. Who else can i talk to to get some help?
