We stayed on the line for 35 minutes after trying to marry my existing smartcard with a HD PVR decoder. The service is absolutely Horrifying. Listen to the call before even trying to contact me. According to the service consultant its impossible to make another decoder work with my smartcard, why do we then have smart cards at all if they are not interchangeable???
