We purchased a DSTV decoder last week Wednesday 4th December at Game and we were given a voucher for installation and received a technicians name and contact number that would call us to confirm when installation would take place. Today is day 6 and when we call the call centre they refer us to another installer and when we call them they never available.

We eventually want to get the explorer as well as xtra view but with this type of service I ask myself if this is worth it because we'll have to wait over a week for installation so that means that we will have to make ourselves available for convenience as we do not have someone at home all the time?

This is very poor service as Multichoice has such a good reputation with regard to installations. I'm honestly very disappointed and at this point don't even think that we should even bother following up.
