Fleecing runners

When entering Peninsula Marathon on-line the service fee is R16.73 for a licensed runner. When adding a t-shirt the service fee jumps up to R46.73. When querying this with Top Events i was informed that they charge a fee for each item selected when entering (Entry, t-shirt, temp licence, photographs, etc).
I wonder how many runners are aware of this... IT IS A RIP-OFF.
