Pwc George Classin 21km Half Marathon

Hi there,

I had registered on-line for the Pwc George Classin 21km Marathon which was held on Saturday 18 January 2014, I registered on time and qualified for a T-shirt, but on my arrival for registration I was told T-shirts are finished, again when I was towards the finish line, there was no water at the water points and at the finish point and the heat was just unbearable, I must say the race was poorly organized as I 'm sitting here my without-shirt and the 21km medal.

Please help.
