After paying R2445 the staff at Gold Reef City Theme Park not only ruined a family outing but proceeding to treat their clients with nothing but disrespect and abuse of their "titles". Namely Eustacia Freeks the "manager" on duty on September 8th 2013. There was a dispute regarding how many tickets were purchased by ONE security guard even though a number of entry points were utilized. The supposed "manager" was called but rather than follow the approach that the client should be heard she chose to completely ignore me & ONLY listened to the security guard (her colleague) not once did she ask for my side nor did she care. When I tried to advise her what actually happened she bluntly ignored me & continued to talk to her colleague. Only once the security manager was called (after 45 minutes to an hour) to view the footage did he listen to me & told me that there is no issue here & he apologized for the inconvenience. She did not at any point address me with any respect or with any regard. I am disgusted that an "establishment" which costs that much allows their staff to treat patrons in such a manner and even more appalled that this is their level of management.
