Horrific customer service, aggresive, swearing!

Please do not rent anything from this company, they cancelled my order due to a so called car delivery problem an hour before my function started. He then kept promising to do a refund which did not happen, and then swore at me when I told him I'm going to make a case of and against him and his bussiness, also stating that I can do nothing against him.
He is an exeptional aggresive and rude afrikaans man who should not be in the hospitality industry..
