No delivery and delay in refund

On 08/11/13, I contacted Audio FX to hire a project screen for a function at Sibaya, payment was done within an hour of booking the screen. Arrangements were made to pick up the screen on the day of the function (23/11/13), Mark calls me an hour before the function, stating he does not have the screen and will refund my money. It is now three weeks later, I have made numerous calls to him with a promise to refund my money but no transfer has been done to date. Neither Mark or any of the staff have called me with any feedback about my money. The service provided by Audio FX is extremely disappointing and they should not be in the service industry if these are their business protocol.
