Rude staff and Bad customer service

On many occasions when my family and I watch late shows at gateway sterkinekor all the spice cans are empty and there are no straws, When we approach the staff for popcorn spice they are very rude and give silly excuses as to why they cannot refill it or help us. This is very poor customer service and I missed the beginning of 2 movies because of this, Provide the means to the service you offer and teach your staff to be customer friendly and helpful.
