Loan not refunded

I have been trying since November 2013 to get a refund paid back for a Time Share bought. You managed to get a response within 3 days for my last refund due.. This time spoke to Kereoptse who refunded last amount but she no longer works in department. Patric has also left department . ( he was dealing with new refund due) at end December I was told accountant was only due back on 6 Jan . phoned 8 Jan she had only got back from leave. Person said she would pay out by 15th Jan . since then have tried several times Tel 014 557 4497 says leave a message. I have left several. today phoned 014 557 1000 i am put through to a number which just plays music. spent 15minutes on the phone and phoned back several times with the same result.
