TOTALLY RUINED THE PARTY!! NEVER USE THEM

Attended a friends daughters party at Smudge Art in Fourways on Saturday. It was a total disaster!! I have NEVER seen anything so pathetic in my life.
The platters ordered were disgusting oil soaked served on the oldest plates. None of the food ordered was delivered or presented in an edible way!
Vegetarian food had what looked like meat in it!
AND there were flies everywhere!
Grimy looking cutlery
Leaking toilet
NO kiddies party packs!!! ( these were ordered and paid for!)
No kiddy snacks! ( also ordered!)
NO fans or air conditioning! Everyone was uncomfortably hot!
Clueless staff!
Grimy kitchen.
Dirty dress up clothes and shoes!
THe owner was no where to be seen. She couldnt care less! She said she would deliver the party packs to my friends house. Really?

NO One deserved to have gone through that! We had to ask for the food to be taken away and resorted to going to Spar to get snacks for the kids.
EVERYTHING was paid for in advance. This is totally unacceptable for any venue.
NEVER use this place!! They are beyond unprofessional!
