Extremely poor serice

My 1year old nephew had his 1st birthday party hosted at Yello Armadillo, now known as 123 events for kids.
His mother paid half the deposit which was R500 a month in advance. She was promised that it would be hosted at Yello Armadillo's indoor playground in Parklands. Two weeks before the party, the owner, Natalie, had contacted my nephews mother to say that the venue had been shut down and that the party would have to be hosted at play planet pre-primary in parklands, which is obviously not what she had paid for.
The party was meant to start at 12:30 and the settings were only finished being prepared at 12:45. She had to pay the rem of R1500 when they got there and wasnt even greeted by the owner!
There were no seats for the adults to sit and relax. Natalie promised that the ceiling would be draped which it wasn't. Hot chips were supposed to be presented all standing up in a cup of some sort, which it wasnt, it was thrown onto a plate and you could see it was fried in dirty used oil. There was a leak in the ceiling and it was raining that day. The platters for the adults was just thrown together and had to use broken dirty plates, not beautifully presented as promised.
