Horrible party

My son was turned one on the 7th of December 2013.
We had his party at Green Olive in Zambezi, we had to use Carina Smit @ Flutterby partiez to do the party planning (this is one of Green Olive's rules. We met the first time and she assured me that she was capable to meet our needs. I emailed her all the specifications and we paid 3 MONTHS in advance.
Unfortunately all her promises were EMPTY!! We met again 2 days before the party and she assured me there was nothing I must do and we confirmed everything.
On the day of his party she told us to be there at 12-45, as we did when we arrived NOTHING from her side was done, some of our guest were already there. We were so embarrassed!!! Then she arrived with half of sweets and decor we ordered and paid for! She told me that this wasn't her day and that she had been crying. The plates she had was Horrible the picture she stuck on the plates and hats looked terrible, it wasn't even cut out nicely! Our son's first birthday party was a total disaster!!!
