After many years not wanting a DSTV as their programs left a lot to desire in the past; I bought a PVR together with a Walka at Hi Fi Corporation, the salesman gave me the number which I phoned at the store and they asked me for ID address etc. When I got home and try to connect and get it to work, it wouldn't I phone customer care or customer don't care, to be informed that my details and sim card not registered, 20 min later still on my cell phone and still not working and then I get disconnected. Do they phone back? NO so I waited about 10 min and phoned again, Tsholepe a women picked up the phone and when I asked her to please put me through to a Manager she put the phone down in my ear. I phoned again asked to be put through to a manager hanging on for another 7 min manger picks up phone promises to phone back. Never happened.
Now I want a refund and my time and money spent back and I think it reasonable that they can fetch decoder from my house.
Did YOU know YOU can sue the CEO of a company if HIS staff are not doing their work. FREE costs nothing.
And even better as the offence took place in YOUR town you can force him to come to your SMALL Claims court. He won't come
