I have lodged a complaint about my dstv account and the issue is I am being over charged. A lady by the name of Vanessa sent me my dstv statement and I was horrified to see my account 4285060861. Firstly the information is incorrectly captured from my address right up to my accounts and payments. I have installed the dstvin December 2012 and the installation guy gave me this no as my customer no: 6856981. From my statement please investigate what is exactly going on. Is somebody hacking on my account and somebody explain o me in the most simplistic manner as to exactly what is going on. In March I was up to date with my payments. April Amt due (R275) Amt pd (R325 R288 R238) May Amt due (R275) Amt pd (R275) and (R13.33) and we are in June I havent paid as yet but according to your statement R247.50 has been paid.

According to me this should be a very simple matter of R275 a month and none of these amount. Firstly some payments I have never made. The statement runs until July but how?
I am extremely worried about this account and I think I am not the only owner of the account.
