Bad Service

We went to the 11:30 show on Sunday morning. When we arrived there was no one serving at the ticket sales counter. We waited 5 minutes or so but couldnt even find anyone around to assist or answer queries. So we couldn't pay with cash like we intended and had to use a credit card at the self help kiosk.

We then que'd for over 30min just to buy popcorn and drinks etc. There was only one person serving the entire line which was reletively busy.

So all in all it took 40 mins to to buy and get drinks and snacks. We missed all the previews of the movies and literally sat down and the show started. The whole idea of going to the movies with the kids is its supposed to be an enjoyable event but this was ridiculous.
