Got a replacement PVR

I got a refurbished PVR on Saturday, as my previous one, yet again, was faulty. I connected the PVR and works fine, but now my secondary decoder in my room doesn't work on dual view only!!! when connected on its own, its works fine. i spent over 50 minutes, over 2 calls, with no result!! then he tells me i must get an accredited installer to come check it out. I already paid over 2k to get the stuff installed and it was working fine, why i must pay again, when the problem only arose when i got the new PVR!!! this is my 4th or 5th PVR if im not mistaken, u can check your systems to confirm. The last one, which is why i returned it, was delayed by 20 seconds, no box office or catch up function. Why am i paying so much for a service, which i do not receive. I want some to contact me immediately to have this recitified!!! I am paying for a dual view function which i do not have. i am not paying a cent to anyone as everything is fine on my side and im fed up of driving to your centres to get a new pvr all the time. I even bought an extra fan from your store in Midrand to keep the pvr cool as your agent said the previous pvr's fan stopped working.
