Extremely poor service delivery

I am extremely disappointed in the planning of the Red Hot chili Peppers concert. We went to the gate specified on the ticket when we were directed to another gate and waited in that line only to be told we have to stand in a whole other line and get bands before we can enter with our tickets. We asked several times to speak to the supervisors but staff and security were extremely rude and incompetent. It took us 2 hours just to get into the venue. The toilets were disgusting without toilet paper and full of vomit. The bars ran out of booze. What we thought would be the best experience of our lives turned out to be the opposite thanks to Big Concerts. After paying a fortune for the tickets we expected a way better experience.
