On the 27 of december a DSTV was installed and activated at my home in Botlokwa. the installers told my dad who is on a wheelchair and my old mom that everything will work after an hour. untill today"14 jan 2014" there is a massage that say DSTV signal could not be estableshed. my sister when to the DSTV office on the 5th jan 2014 after the 1st isallment was paid and untill today they couldnt make it or call just to say cant come. friday the 10th i drove from JHB to Botlokwa which is 500km and on th 11th i was at their DSTV office and the manager told me that his staff is on holiday so he will send them on monday the the13th. i whitting these massage on the 14th and the issue is still not resolved and i cant get hold of the manager.i called this number:0112892222 which they refered me to this other three numbers:0152932288/0152911761 and they cant help.i called :0839003788 and spoke to Neli and she expects my 2 old parent which one is on a wheelcair to disconnect the decoder and take it to the DSTV office.she claims that the decoder might be faulty and its the same unit that tells me that the signal cant be established.i need help as im at work in JHB and DSTV cant help and we paid
