Rudi Prinsloo Psychic

Rudi Prinsloo has a wonderful website with many promises and it all looks very legitimate and so I took a chance to order an email reading from him before Christmas. I paid the money into his bank account and emailed him the receipt and a photo. I then saw on his site that he would not be doing any readings until 6th January 2014. However, to date I have not received a reading, despite my emailing him and phoning him on his cell. He did send me an sms to say that he had sent the reading from two different email addresses but it did not come through to my email. I then asked him if he could fax the reading to me, but I have had no further response from him. I am truly disappointed in him. He does not even give one an initial free reading before one pays him, as do other "psychics" overseas. No he just takes one's money and does not deliver as promised. How does he keep going and how genuine is he? Should he be allowed to continue doing this sort of thing?
