Put on default falsely

I found out when i wanted to buy a car that i had a default judgment from multichoice for an account they claimed i did not pay when i paid for it, after several calls, sending proof of payment and so forth they still have me listed. only yesterday 18 months later after i called them again they pick up the payment that was made on 28 July 2012 in 2014!!! yet no one even bothered to apologise for the huge inconvenience. yet today am still tracking on foot becuase of the low credit score. thanks to multichoice
