I have a premium subscription, which according to my knowledge is R725 which I pay month to month as I'm not on debit order. For the past few months I've been billed amounts ranging from R1199-R1800 AND I have to phone continuously as my service is suspended, as they say I have short payedNthe latest reason being that I have more than one decoder, which is not true. This is very frustrating as I waste my air time phoning in each time without any one getting back to me and sorting out the problem.
