The first issue is TIME ZONE problems: SA is in the C.A.T. zone, but since new year all programming is shown with G.M.T. times. Highly confusing, and cause of problems, especially for older people! I tried to report this elsewhere, zero success.

Second issue: BUCK PASSING. Complaints about channel CONTENT are passed off as being out of Multichoice's control. Complain on the channel's web page, we are told. However, many channels make ZERO provision for effective feedback. Take TCM for example. There are 1000s of good "classic" movies available. TCM features about 60 titles, which are ENDLESSLY RECYCLED, year after year.

The second issue is DISCRIMINATION. Viewers who want to see Classical music performance, operas, operettas, concerts etc are given virtually NOTHING - except the 2 hour slot, Sundays, on KykNet. PATHETIC!!!

Especially when one considers - there are 6 or more kid's cartoon channels; 6 or more religious slots; any number of "lifestyle" channels... and MANY Afro-centric music channels.

In conclusion, kindly note I am writing in behalf of a group of dissatisfied customers, mainly older white folk, many have been subscribers for 20 years.
