I am extremely disappointed in StarSat! Since the 20th of Dec we are trying to get hold of the call centre, eventually last week after many hours and money they answered. And there is where the trouble began. We took over another decoder cause ours has been hit by lightning, did ALL the paperwork, copies of ID's ect.. And also PAID the subscription on Easypay, faxed the proof and GUESS WHAT?? after 12 Emails, phone calls, sms's STILL NO SERVICE! I am totally FED UP
