Not worth the money paid

Me & mom paid R74 pp plus a further R80 for 2 popcorns & a coke. I asked for ice in my drink and was told there isn't any, but was guaranteed that the drink was cold. When I got to my seat & took a sip, I discovered that the coke was flat and warm and the popcorn stale, I went back just to discover that I am not the only one complaining. I wanted another drink, as long as it's cold, they had nothing.just water.the manageress wanted me to take the flat, warm coke and get a slushpuppy afterwards. I told her no, I have paid a lot of money for a decent drink. And wanted my money back. After her arguing with me, that the drink was cold, I demanded my money back and had to go buy a drink elsewhere, making me miss part of the movie. Then to top that off, the seats in the cinema is so close to the front row, that no-one can get past u to claim their seat and the sound was so soft, I had to strain my ears. I could've had a comfortable conversation with the person next to me without raising my voice. I don't mean the sound should b so loud that it deafenes you, but you were more distracted by ppl eating popcorn. I just think that if you pay that much to go watch a movie, the experience should b worth your money.
