Multichoice steals R50-00 to reconnect

Multichoice gave me the option to set up recurring payment tp pay my DSTV subscription. For 6 months it went well but this month they just did not do the transaction. They suspended my service without notice and let me pay the R50-00 to reconnect. I spoke to Phila and all she said was that I am responsible to make sure the transaction went through. Nothing on my credit card changed and there was more than enough funds. They cannot give me the reason why the transaction failed. Question: what if this happens every month, the I have to pay a reconnection every month!!!??
