Hate this place!!!

I was booked into a room that was invested with ants, then after I had enough of them coming in and spraying doom and having ants crawl in my bed and out of my Macbook, I phoned the manager, after them not answering, I walked up to reception. The guy at reception gave me and my girlfriend a new room, which ment we had to pack our stuff at ten o'clock PM and move, got to the new room to find that it is a smoking room, smells rotten!! I have had trouble with this place ever since I got here. I booked a show on my MVG points, when I got to the show, I was told it is full, had to go through a bag of trouble to get my points back. I have problems every morning with them using my card to pay. I really feel like I have waisted my money on coming here from Cape Town!!! The cleaning staff takes 3 hours to clean a room, I don't even know how to express how upset I am.
