I called in and downgraded my package to the xtraview last month, I paid a fee for the xtraview but now I'm being told I'm in arrears. I call in this morning and am still waiting for an email from the consultant that I spoke too. Secondly box office debitted my account without my authorizing this. I want to be called and this issues to be resolved as I will now
