Perfect customer service all round

We inherited a decoder with the home we moved into and needed to change the account details. Every single interaction with Multichoice was an absolute pleasure. Every call centre agent we have spoken to has been not only friendly and polite but also genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. They call back exactly when they said they would to check up on progress of our enquiry. All in all a wonderful experience. As my husband said, "These guys should tender to do all the customer service training in this country. The civil service could learn a lot from them."
