EXPLORA XTRAVIEW OPTIONS LIMITED BY ADMIN ISSUE

Recreation & Entertainment

Dear MultiChoice HelpDesk,
I am a VERY UNHAPPY customer at this stage of our business relationship: refer call reference 1402 logged 22nd December 2013 around 15h30.
Even though I have been a paying customer on the Premium package for many years now, I was told I cannot have the Xtraview option activated between my EXPLORA PVR and HD PVR 2P basically because I currently have a split analog signal to a still perfectly working M-Net decoder model ComCrypt 4000M!!! (And I am totally unwilling to disconnect this M-Net decoder and pack it away to never use it again just because MultiChoice decided they do not want this administrative effort.)
Nowhere on the [URL Removed] website or in other media that I could find, does it mention the above as a specific exclusion? It is not a technical impossibility (I currently have the HD PVR 2P and M-Net decoder with split signal capability), and get billed for this option accordingly. If I am the only person in SA still using and enjoying this option because it works for my circumstances and needs, let me know and I might reconsider, but I am 100% sure there are many more consumers out there that also have this issue.
