Sinse StarSat took over Top Tv, I have channels not displaying and in different languages, all their Call Centre says give it a day or two, it will be fixed.!!
I am a paying customer and there for I do not get what I'm paying for. When I phoned their Call centre just now a taped voice said personnel is on a well deserved lunch break between 13:00 and 20:00 and we should phone then. once again!!!
I've asked the question if I do not pay my account at the end of the month with an explination that I have a technical problem, will they keep my dish on? NO!!!

So how can the staff go on a well deserved lunch break for 7 hours. Does this company not pre planned a back up staff, knowing that they sit with technical problems? Shows that this company is not interested in keeping their customers happy.
I demand that I get the service I have paid for. StarSat you may contact me on 0823044387. I also demand that I and all your clients do get one month free viewing, because you can not keep your end of the deal. IF not, I will go over to DSTV. Show me that you do care about my subscription and call me back.
