I called into Call centre in the middle of last month to change package and ask them to ensure that the correct amount is deducted from my account! I was told that they cannot help my and I must call back on the 24th Jan as My debit order goes off on the 27th. Bearing in mind I'm a loyal customer for over 8 years with non issues on my part I was not even asked the reason for downgrade (coming from a retentions background, I felt this was shoddy service but worse is still to come). So I call on the 24th spoke to lebo. The package was immediately changed and was told that I have a credit and less than R17 will be deducted. Obviously that did not happen. Today I checked as I have another debit order going off and I see they deducted the fee for premium package WHEN I AM NOT WATCHIN THAT PACKAGE and called in TWICE TO CONFIRM CHANGES! Now I am liable to pay unpaid fees at the bank and I have a debit returned! Today when I contacted Multi Choice I was told that they made an error and money will be in my account in 7 DAYS!!! DISGUSTING!! NO CUSTOMER EMPATHY OR REMORSE!!!
