Pathetic service - late start and no apologies

I was severely disappointed at the pathetic service we received from the Sterkinekor last night. We had tickets for the pre-screening of The Hobbit and we (7 friends) were all beyond excited for the movie. The adverts started rolling and after a few minutes the screen went totally blank. So naturally we all continued waiting for the show to start. 40 minutes later (YES 40 ridiculous minutes) myself and 2 other clients decided to approach the staff to enquire as to what i happening. only to find absolutely NO ONE available. we had to walk around the cinema in order to find a staff member. Eventually someone saw us and i asked what was going on. he merely shrugged and said that he will go look. No apologies nothing. we returned to the cinema and shortly thereafter the show started only WITH NO SOUND!!!

i have never experience such lack of service from any cinema. Shame on you Greenstone Sterkinekor!
