Only receiving half of the channels

After how many complains and calls I still only receive half off my premium subscription. Last time when I phone in the told me that there is a problem on their side, that is now 3 months that I only receive half of the channels but I pay for the full subscription. It cost me money to phone the every time as you held on for 20 minutes before you get true to a consultant then they try to tell you the problem is on my side, but it can't be because I get some channels and the rest is a problem. For instance, I receive channel 107 but not 106 and so I can go on and on. Very poor service for the money I pay them.
