Dstv removes Prime channel from Compact viewrs

My complaint below to DSTV / Multicoice. Thousands of subscribers feel the same. One just has to go to their dstv facebook page to see complaints of the same nature. Their response was to go to ch 115 on the premium bouquet (We are not Premium subscribers)
My complaint to dstv

Can you please tell me whats happened to Ellen Gedeneres which used to be on ch 114 (mnet series) The reason we upgraded from select was to watch her daily show. I also recently bought my daughter a Walka to watch her two favourite programs, one being Warehouse 13.We have paid for this service and mnet series and will not accept the fact that Multichoice has taken mnet series and Ellen away from us. We most definitely will take this further if there is no positive response, Its our consumer right to RECEIVE what we have paid for. Please give us an answer asap Regards Garth Pieterse
