Denied access across the road from car park

Paid R20 to park in the car park oppodite the Dome. Went to ctoss the access bridge and was denied because " I didn't have a ticket" for the concert when really I was meeting my friend alresdy parked at the real entrance who had my ticket. Was told to walk back through car entrance and take a chance rinning across Witkoppen. A very long way around. I have video of security not giving a care in the world. A true relection of every Big Concert event. Charged for parking but not allowed to use what you have paid for and sent on dangerous walk.
