Company gone with the wind!

I have a birthday present for a helicopter flip from my wife and family. When trying to confirm the booking, I'm unable to access the website [URL Removed] or contact Mr Craig Sandeman (owner/founder), or his assistant Mrs. Asia Solomons. There numbers are not responding (021 4381827). I'm either looking for a refund, or arrangement for an alternative gift. This is very upsetting for my family as they all scraped together to get this gift.
