Worst customer experience

Good Morning
I would like to share my experience that I had on Saturday 30 November 2013, Myself and my wife wanted to enjoy our last weekend before our baby girl is born this week and decided we would go out for dinner and a movie. The experience we however ended up with was terrible. We arrived at the cinema and wanted get our tickets before going to the restaurant for dinner, upon our arrival at my amazement I found that there was absolutely no-one in sight working for ster-kinekor. we had vouchers we wanted to use. We stood around until eventually one of the ladies at the condiments stand appeared, I walked over to her and asked her if she could assist us, she rang the tickets up as a cash sale and had to then call the manager to void the sale, the manager never could not be found, we then went to another till to rebook the tickets an handed over the vouchers, I asked the lady where all the staff was and the answer "they are on lunch" at 7 PM on a Saturday evening. so I asked her "all at the same time? " she then replied yes its not busy. Please get someone competent to manage the staff. I also have pictures if you would like me to share them with you of the empty desks.
