Putrid customer service

After numerous previous complaints on Hellopeter and emails to NHLANHLA KAMBULE, he finally responded on 28/11/2013 via email. NHLANHLA KAMBULE requested an affidavit from me which I forwarded to him by email on 29/11/2013. I asked NHLANHLA KAMBULE to please acknowledge receipt of the affidavit and to inform me how long this whole process would take. NHLANHLA KAMBULE never responded and I am now starting to get extremely frustrated with this guy. I need someone other than NHLANHLA KAMBULE to contact me please. How can you (MBD) let the person I am complaining about contact me? Does this make sense at all? Please contact me urgently as this matter is unneccessarily being drawn out by the incompetence of NHLANHLA KAMBULE.
