Horrible Service

My fiance and I wanted to have a early dinner after the Barry Hilton comedy show at Grand West Arena. We proceeded to Wimpy because we wanted burgers. We were seated in the smoking section by the manager himself who said a waiter will be with us shortly. After 20 min of waiting for service, (we could not even ask a waiter for help as there was no waiters on the floor even) we stood up and went to the front desk. I asked to speak to the manager by the lady working the till. She told me the manager will be right with me. After waiting a further 5 min for a no show manager we left feeling severely irritated. Good thing we could go to spur and have our food in front of us within 20 min from entering the restaurant. Really bad service from Wimpy.
