No respond to my calls

I called multichoice more than five times this afternoon. i have a problem with my decoder it just went blank and this affected my extra view . when i call multichoice to be directed to the consultant after thirty minutes of waiting they dropped my calls i tried this more than five times with no luck. can some one please help.
