DSTV has to be the worst in terms billing and customer service, I am so disgusted. On the 19th December 2013 I went online to check how much I needed to pay, as I don't get emailed invoices or statements, I saw the amount due for 1st January was R724 so I paid R725. This morning I saw a flashing envelop on my decoder telling me that I still need to pay R98. I emailed enquiries to find that it was owed because I cancelled my debit order (which I did in OCTOBER) - I asked if my subscription was in arrears I was told no but my services will be cut if I don't pay the R98. Excuse me? You have the subscription, you failed to have the correct details on your system as to the amount owed, and you notify me via my DECODER and no other method. The latest balance online still shows ZERO owing. "Oh we don't make payment arrangements" I dare you to cut me off, because I HAVE paid the subscription and the R98 is NOT part of that. Your customer service makes me ill to my stomach, your billing system is shocking, you need to learn how to treat a customer as many cancel and move to downloading because you are all so arrogant and think that people have nowhere else to go.
