Refund outstanding / Lack of professionalism

I hope this email finds you in good health.

As discussed, I have requested a refund for four 3D movie tickets.
More specifically Thor 2 (22:15 2013/11/16).

This experience was one that was not enjoyed due to the movie freezing on numerous occasions.
This experience made a brilliant movie somewhat average.

Payment Confirmation for online purchase: WK6QGWX.

If you have a look at the tickets ordered, the total amount that needs to be refunded is R236.00 (R50 x 2 R68 x 2)."

This payment was authorised by head office on Monday 18 November 2013.

This was arranged with Alicia and Jonathon, however the funds to be returned are still outstanding.

Contacted Parveez at Canal Walk (one of the managers), claimed to not know what the situation was but funny enough brought up the emails requesting a refund in the conversation slightly before he put down the phone three times (professional? I agree). Later refused to spell his name. Let me repeat what I said to him: "All three of you are useless". This is not reason to behave like a child.

He was very reluctant to sort this out as a mater of importance.

THIS NEEDS TO GET SORTED OUT.
