Kids under 10 years not catered fo

This has been an ongoing problem for a few years, but now I have had enough with Ster Kinekor. Two weeks ago, I went to Cresta with my two kids, aged 5 and 8. The only movie that they could watch was Escape from Planet Earth so we watched it. The new Iron Man movie was advertised in The Star and the newspapers had nothing about an age restriction. It just said TBC for To Be Confirmed. Anyway, we get to Cresta on Saturday and find out that the movie has a PG rating of 10-12 (this is totally a new rating) and we get told that the kids can't watch... The only movie catered for them is Escape from Planet Earth... AGAIN. Does Ster Kinekor not give a about the little ones anymore? I drove 45 kilometers from Lenasia to Cresta because Ster Kinekor Classic movie houses are nowhere near Lenasia so I basically wasted my time and petrol money. The best part is if I take my kids to watch Iron Man 3D in the movie house in Lenasia, they probably will be allowed to watch it there. The same thing happened with Avengers. My kids eventually watched it at home and they enjoyed it... with Parental guidance, which Ster Kinekor does not understand. Maybe I must sign up with Nu Metro membership.
