Just impossible to phone dstv call centre

This weekend and a couple of other occasions it was just impossible to make contact with dstv call centre.
without going into detail I will just say you cant talk to these guys even though you pay a fortune per month. this is just frustrating and costly as we have to pay the phone call. I must have spent 90 minutes on the phone with no result.
